Refund and Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction

At MyShopBay, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.


Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it or issue a full refund including shipping cost.

Non-returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
